ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1 day to process your order. Expect an email to let you know when your order is on the way!

FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY (UAE Only): Local express delivery is available free of charge for addresses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman. 

Orders placed before 12pm (To Dubai) will be delivered the same day (excluding Sunday). Orders placed before 8am (To Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, or Ajman) will be delivered the same day (excluding Sunday). Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. 

Hours of operation: Mon-Sat, 08:00 – 16:00.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LEPURO Beauty is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@lepurobeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
